Reading of James Joyce’s Ulysses: March to Bloomsday

Join us for a Nine-week class on James Joyce's Ulysses led by Jesse Meyers who has been teaching and lecturing on Joyce since 2003. Ulysses, deemed the “greatest novel published in the 20th Century, tells of a day in Dublin, Ireland, June 16th, 1904, popularly known as Bloomsday, a reference to one of the book’s three major characters. The class will use the Gabler edition (softcover) of Ulysses

Reading assignments, and suggestions will be provided prior to each session.

Please register. Participants will be registered to attend all 9 sessions and will be given an inscribed Certificate of Completion at the end. The class runs from March 6 to May 1. Bring a snack or small lunch to the sessions.
