You Have Aging Questions… We Have Aging Answers

No one prepares us for older adulthood or to be a caregiver.  It happens, and we must adapt.  These new roles leave us with questions.  When you have aging questions, the Southwestern CT Agency on Aging has aging answers!  Learn about programs like the CT Home Care Program, CT Statewide Respite Care Program, Money Follows The Person, Medicare Savings Program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance, and other programs that support financial security, personal care assistance and much, much more.

The Southwestern CT Agency on Aging (SWCAA) is one of five Area Agencies on Aging that serve all eight counties in Connecticut to help residents get assistance with aging-related issues and to facilitate connections to resources at the local, state, and federal level.  Designated by the federal government, SWCAA does not sell anything, rather they provide access to information and resources to help you make the decisions you need to make to help you stay in your community and in your own home.  SWCAA works closely with the aging network to provide unbiased information, access to services and funding, based on eligibility, for older adults, and people with disabilities.

Join Kathleen (Katie) Regan, Director of the Aging Answers Department at SWCAA and get the information you need and answers to the questions you’ve been asking.
