Gmail, Beyond the Basics

Join us for an engaging workshop where we'll explore the essential features of Gmail, including organizing your inbox, managing labels, and utilizing filters to streamline your email experience.

 

We'll also introduce extensions including Compose AI, a powerful tool that enhances your email composition with AI-driven suggestions, making your writing more efficient and polished.

 

Whether you're a Gmail novice or looking to boost your productivity, this workshop will equip you with practical skills to master your email communication.

 

LEVEL: Beginner – Intermediate

 

Please note: for this session you must have a Gmail account, know your password, and have your smartphone with you to confirm your account on the library’s network. The friendly Greenwich Librarians can help you with this in their Tech sessions any Thursday or Saturday.

Presenter: Gary Webster, a Fairfield resident, is a dynamic technology integrator, industrial designer and certified teacher, developing and teaching technology and design for the classroom. He’s had over 15 years’ experience creating and training teachers in diverse technology resources for schools, and shaping curriculum, using technology in all 16 Fairfield County school districts and throughout the state. He’s taught web design, page layout, podcasting, movie making and photo editing at Southern Connecticut State University.
