Learn Before You Leave: A College Safety Panel

Greenwich Library, in collaboration with students from Greenwich High School, is proud to present the second annual “Learn Before You Leave: A College Safety Panel” for high school students heading to college, along with their parents/guardians.

Representatives from Kids in Crisis, The Rowan Center, and Fordham Emergency Medical Services will lead a candid and supportive panel discussion about preventing violence and staying safe on college campuses. Learn about the latest data and real-world advice they have for students and parents alike regarding college life and personal safety, which will help facilitate open dialogue at home and among friends. Knowledge is power. Panelists will educate and inform, and provide tools to ensure the best – and safest – four years possible!

For both parents and teens preparing for college. Registration is required.
