Lindsay Potter is a confidence and mindset coach specializing in helping teen athletes develop mental toughness, resilience, and focus for peak performance in sports and life. With 10 years of marketing experience and 5 years in social media marketing, she also works with brands to grow their online presence and connect authentically with their audiences.

Born and raised in Greenwich, Lindsay is deeply involved in the local community. When she’s not coaching, she hosts The Confidence Game podcast, where she shares insights on mindset, performance, and personal growth.
