Wesley Whitmyer has been a lead counsel in numerous patent and trademark litigations at the trial and appellate level. As an inventor himself, his 15 patents have been commercialized and licensed throughout the world. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member and past president of the Connecticut Patent Law Association.
Whitmyer has extensive background in many business and technical fields including avionics, computer and automotive technology, industrial processes, the Internet and business automation, medical and surgical equipment.
Whitmyer frequently lectures on patent and trademark topics to clients, entrepreneurs and students. He is also an adjunct law professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
