Marian Salzman, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Senior Advisor to the U.S. CEO
Ms. Salzman was named Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Senior Advisor to the U.S. CEO in April 2025. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President & Advisor to the CEO of PMI’s U.S. Business from September 2024 and Senior Vice President & Chief Corporate Citizenship Officer from January 2024. Before that, she had served as Senior Vice President, Global Communications since arriving at PMI in April 2018. Before joining PMI, Ms. Salzman headed Havas PR North America for nearly a decade, beginning in 2009. She served as President before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2011. She also co-created and chaired the Global Collective, the Havas PR operation across several continents. Ms. Salzman was Chief Marketing Officer at PR firm Porter Novelli from 2008–2009, CMO at JWT Worldwide from 2005–2008, and Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Euro RSCG Worldwide (Havas) from 2001–2004. In the early 1990s, she co-founded CyberDialogue, where she pioneered the use of online focus groups for social research. She holds a degree in sociology from Brown University.
Charlotte Walker is a Visionary Leader, Experienced Executive, Innovator, Mentor and Advisor. Having held C-level positions, Charlotte brings over 25 years of experience identifying market opportunities, aligning resources and creating value in small to large organizations through innovation, strategic business development, team building and execution. Charlotte is known for her innovative solutions to operational challenges. She has a unique multi-faceted perspective that is grounded in her hands-on experience as a Tech expert on Wall Street at firms such as L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin, Bear Stearns & Co. and B.T. Alex. Brown. She is informed, in this regard, by her experience as an enterprise software developer at GEISCO early in her career, as a CEO of two turnarounds, Martin Simpson & Company, and Sanctuary Woods Multimedia Corporation, and finally as an entrepreneur and co-founder of MOCA Systems, Inc. among others. Charlotte is also Chair Emerita of Woman Owned Greenwich.
