Friends Friday Films: Hamnet

In conjunction with the Flinn Gallery’s show “Wild Leaves,” we invite you to this stunning drama helmed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Chloe Zhao. Based on the novel of the same name, the film delves into the story of love and loss that inspired the creation of Shakespeare’s masterpiece Hamlet. Jessie Buckley won the Academy Award for Best Actress in this immersive, atmospheric film, which was also nominated for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Adapted Screenplay.
