DIY Bird Feeder Workshop

Inspired by the new book Turn This Book Into A Bird Feeder by Lynn Brunelle come join us for our DIY Bird Feeder Workshop. At this drop in workshop we will have stations set up to make four different types of birdfeeders of varying difficulty levels. Bring your friends and family and we'll have a fun night at the library crafting and making some snacks for our avian friends. The first twenty five households will receive a complimentary copy of Brunelle's book. We will be making the following types of feeders: 

Pinecone Feeders - Come roll a pinecone in sunbutter and seed and your backyard birds will love you!   

Milk Carton Feeders  - Come decorate a milk carton and fill it with a snack for that Dark Eyes Junco you say good morning to all winter! 

Tea Cup Feeders  - Turn a tea cup and saucer into a place for birds to chow down! ( 18+ ID required) 

Book Bird Feeder - The first 25 households can turn the dust jacket of Lynn Brunelle's book into a feeder you will never forget! 

 

Allergen Warning: bird seed made be made in factory that also processes nuts.
