Lecture: "Greenwich Around the time of the American Revolution" presented by Dan Silkman
Come hear Dan Silkman, a Greenwich High School social studies teacher, speak about how Greenwich, Connecticut, served as a strategic location on the "front line" between New York City and the rest of New England during the Revolutionary War. Based on its unique location, the Town of Greenwich experienced both British raids and internal conflict between the Loyalists and Patriots.
