The Staff and Friends invite mystery and crime lovers to our monthly book club. It is currently led by the lively members themselves.

This month's selection is Pesticide by Kim Hayes. "Bern Switzerland. Dark currents run through this charming medieval city, and to the idyllic farmlands that surround it. When a rave on a hot summer night erupts into violent riots, a man is found the next morning bludgeoned to death with a policeman's club. Detective Giuliana Linder is assigned to the case. When an elderly organic farmer turned up dead-- drenched in pesticide-- her colleague Renzo Donatelli is assigned to the case. When the two victims are tied into a single case, Linder will have to put her life-- and her principles-- on the line --"
