Introduction to Mahjong: 5-Week-Series

Join Jackie Moy, a passionate local mahjong instructor who has taught hundreds in Greenwich, as she introduces you to the timeless game of Mahjong—both in its original Chinese style and the adapted American version.

This summer embark on your Mahjong journey by learning how the game begins and evolves into the beloved versions embraced by so many locals. Whether you prefer one style or want to master both, this is the only course that will transform you into a true Mahjong player.

This is a 5-week series, all players must commit to the full 5 weeks.

***Jackie recommends the 2026 National Mahjong League card for anyone planning to play regularly. While cards are not required to be purchased to participate in this program, many players find them helpful and enjoyable to use during library games***
