Cooking Demo: Julia Child's Coq au Vin with Lucia & Grandchildren Online

From Julia Child's legendary first book Mastering the Art Of French Cooking, Lucia will follow the original coq au vin recipe, a classic French stew of chicken parts braised in wine. With this dish, Julia became an icon in American Cooking. For dessert, we'll create a Jell-O mold made like it was in the 1960s.
